There’s nothing quite like a park date for little ones to get all their much needed movement, challenge, play, sensory, time together needs filled. ❤️✨
Here’s what Ella Grace usually packs in her go-bag!:
✅ Waterbottle – freeze it half full overnight then top up w water when you go for a nice cooling treat
✅ Sunscreen – uva and uvb coverage
✅ Mosquito repellent
✅ Sun hat – lightweight, wide brim, upf protection w chin strap so it stays on and is easy to play in
✅ Hand sanitizer – ideally look for a sink to wash with water and soap

Some other things to consider:
☑️ Bike, scooter, rollerblades w helmet that fits well
☑️ Proper shoes that cover toes and can get dirty, messy, silly, have fun in
☑️ Clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in
☑️ Mask that is comfortable and easy to breathe in
☑️ Change of clothes in the car if needed and a cloth to wipe down
☑️ A few bandaids, antiseptic spray, quick mini first aid things for bumps, scrapes, etc
☑️ Snacks if there are no places nearby to pick up something after – usually we like to stop for ice cream or an ice cold juice
☑️ Fish food pellets if there are any fishes, ducks, turtles to feed
☑️ Mini fan, hand fan, or Ella Grace’s water bottle has a mist attachment which comes in really handy!
