
RACHEAL KWACZ is a Child and Family Development Specialist, business owner, and sought-after international speaker and writer. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia after having trained, educated, and lived in the USA, Racheal studied under Deborah Carlisle Solomon, former RIE® Executive Director, in Magda Gerber’s Educaring® Approach. Much of her work is also deeply influenced by Dr. Gabor Maté’s trauma-informed Compassionate Inquiry, Dr Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory and neuroscientist Paul MacLean’s Triune Brain.
She has a degree in Theatre and Child & Family Development from Missouri State University, one of the pioneering teaching colleges, and is a master of marrying both her backgrounds into a lively, interactive, and impactful experience for her audiences and participants,

Racheal’s most popular sold-out workshops include “Respecting Parenting”, “Toddler Wars”, “Preschool Wars”, “Food Wars”, and she recently led a dialogue with 180 pediatricians, obstetricians, and gynecologists on “Device Wars”.
Her revolutionary 8-week intensive foundational and advanced Masterclass programs, Respecting Parenting and Respecting Safe, have consecutively sold-out repeatedly since it launched with waiting lists for her next intakes in 2022. Racheal Kwacz has changed the way parents view parenting through her online pandemic-proof program. A firm believer in building community, Racheal has reached hundreds of parents cultivating a close-knit circle of support among parents including a bi-weekly Clubhouse Q&A through her Respectful Parenting Club.
