She has a degree in Theatre and Child & Family Development from Missouri State University, one of the pioneering teaching colleges, and is a master of marrying both her backgrounds into a Lively, Fun, and Interactive experience for her audiences and participants.
This Thought Leader has years of International Experience working with children, training educators, leading and developing curriculum for childcare centres, and being a parent educator.
She specializes on equipping and empowering parents with tools for Respectful Parenting through the “RACHEAL Method” developed through neuroscientific work and data. Her most popular sold-out workshops include “Respecting Parenting”, “Toddler Wars”, “Preschool Wars”, “Food Wars”, and she recently led a dialogue with 180 pediatricians, obstetricians, and gynecologists on “Device Wars”.

She narrated her first book, “Unleash the Superhero in You” as part of a special project with MBO Cinemas and Me Books Asia.
